Met de Producer serie is Rimage de wereldmarktleider op het gebied van professionele on-demand disc publishing systemen. De nieuwe Producer III 8100 is voorzien vanvier high-speed recorders (DVD/CD of Blu-ray/DVD), een thermische disc printer en een geavanveerde robot voor het transport van de discs. Het systeem heeft een capaciteit van 400 discs (300 input) en wordt geleverd inclusief een volledig geconfigureerd Control Center. De Rimage Producer 8100N iis geschikt voor de productie van enkele tot duizenden (unieke) discs, 24 uur per dag en 7 dagen per week.

Mission Critical

De Rimage Producer 8100N geeft uw organisatie de mogelijkheid om snel en volledig automatisch DVD's, CD's of Blu-rays samen te stellen, te dupliceren en/of te bedrukken. Het is een productie systeem welke geschikt is voor het produceren van een grote variëteit aan unieke discs. Elke disc kan worden voorzien van een unieke content en/of bedrukking. De Rimage 8100N kan de opdrachten van een onbeperkt aantal users en afdelingen via het netwerk ontvangen. Als er een opdracht binnen komt wordt deze efficiënt door de Rimage 8100N verwerkt, zonder dat er mensen handen aan te pas komen.

Rimage Everest full color thermische printer of PrismPlus

Voor het professioneel bedrukken van de discs kan de Producer III worden geconfigureerd met de Everest 600 thermische full color printer of met de PrismPlus, de snelste disc printer ter wereld. De Everest 600 printer brengt het bedrukken van recordable media naar een nieuw niveau. Met een print resolutie van 600DPI is de Everest 600 de meest geavanceerde disc printer op de markt.

CD, DVD en Blu-ray Disc Publisher

De Rimage 8100N is voorzien van 2 recorders die onafhankelijk van elkaar functioneren. Door Rimage´s gepatenteerde Data Streaming technologie is het mogelijk om met de Rimage 8100N verschillende producties gelijktijdig uit te kunnen voeren. Hierdoor wordt in vergelijking met andere disc publishing systemen de productie tijd aanzienlijk verkort.

Embedded Control Center

De Rimage 8100N is voorzien van een embedded control center. Dit is een krachtig werkstation, voorzien van Windows XP PRO en de Rimage Producer Software Suite. Het control center is voorzien van hoogwaardige componenten en is uitgerust met meerdere harde schijven om een optimale performance van het systeem te garanderen. De Rimage 8100N is voorzien van een ethernet aansluiting zodat het systeem eenvoudig in het netwerk te integreren is.
